RULES
1. Ball must be dropped out of areas marked G.U.R.
2. Stakes and ropes around greens are defined as Immovable Obstructions
i.e. free drop within one club length from point of nearest relief.
Rule 24.
3. Fixed Sprinkler Heads and Hydrant Covers are immovable obstructions
and relief from interference by them may be obtained under Rule
24 2.
In addition if such an obstruction on or within two club lengths
of the putting green of the hole being laid, intervenes on the
me of play between the bail and the hole, the player may obtain
relief without penalty, as follows:
If the ball lies off the putting green but not in a hazard and
is within two club lengths of the intervening obstruction, it
may be lifted and dropped at the nearest point to where the ball
lay which (a) is not nearer the hole (b) avoids such intervention
and (c) is not in a hazard or on a putting green.
4. Wheel Tracks and Pathways Are defined as immovable obstructions.
Relief may be taken in accordance with Rule 24.
5. Ponds The ponds on the 7th, 8th, and 14th are water hazards,
drainage ditches are lateral water hazards.
6. Bunkers Stones in Bunkers are moveable obstructions. Rule 24
1 applies. Steps in bunkers are immovable obstructions.
7. Out Of Bounds
Over boundary fences, right on holes 2, 3, 4 & 5 and left on holes
12 & 13.
8. Distance Markers are 150 yards to middle of green.
